For Laser TVs/Projectors, we will ship directly from our local US and EUR warehouses. It usually takes 2-10 business days to receive the product after placing the order. For accessories, we will ship from our local warehouse or China, depending on product availability.
Please double check your shipping address when placing an order, the Formovie team cannot change the address after the product has shipped. After you place an order on Formovie.com, our team will email you a tracking number once the product is shipped. We currently offer a 1-year (non-EU)/2-year (EU) warranty on devices purchased directly from the Formovie.com. For products bought from authorized resellers, please contact the relevant sales channels for further steps.
During the warranty period, Formovie is responsible for repair/replacement services. Please provide the following information to contact us (service@formovie.com) for further inspection:
1)Purchase order number/invoice number/13-digit SN code;
2)Specific problem description.
