Not the picture expected. I am returning the machine

This is the second Formovie Theater Premium that i have had in the last 30 days.
I currently own it's predecessor, the Formovie Theater - which get's 5 stars for ease of use and fresh out the box configuration.
The upgraded Premium has a major flaw that effects color, mainly reds and blues, to the point that makes it unwatchable.
I have spent countless hours trying to adjust everything, without success.
I have reached out to service support, to which i received confirmation that my concerns were being looked into, but still have no resolve almost a month later.
In addition, I must note that this is the second Premium unit I have owned, because i had to return the first unit, with the same issue, because I thought it must have been damaged during shipping.
I will return and update this "unwatchable" review as and when this gets fixed - but at the moment I would definitely NOT recommend this product.
Stay clear of it until they fix it - hopefully with new firmware; if that's all it requires.
If you must have a Formovie variant then go for the cheaper Formovie Theater - but NOT the Premium.

Sometimes a simple reboot can fix connectivity issues.
Move the remote closer and attempt to pair it.
Ensure there are no obstacles or interference between the remote and the machine.
Use a USB keyboard or mouse to control the machine temporarily.
With the keyboard or mouse connected, navigate to the settings and restore the machine to its factory settings. Once reset, attempt to pair it with the remote again.

La luminosité accrue offre des images éclatantes et détaillées, et le ratio de projection réduit permet une grande image dans un espace plus petit. Les haut-parleurs Bowers & Wilkins Gen 2 apportent un son riche et profond qui transforme l'expérience. Un upgrade premium qui en vaut vraiment la peine ! J'ai entendu dire qu'une fonction 3D sera ajoutée, j'ai hâte de la découvrir !
