Not as good as I would have expected for the price

Product okay, Support horrible

Hello everyone,
I was very pleased with the laser projector. The slight blue cast at the bottom of the screen was fine for this price segment.
What is not ok is that the yellow leds in the front panel of the device no longer go out when you deactivate the microphone.
The support advises me to turn the microphone on, but this causes massive problems with my smart home. Every time you or someone says “Okay” or “Hey Google” in a movie, the video pauses and a message pops up saying “I can't help you with the.... help”.
This is absolutely annoying and spoils the fun of a movie night.
Support says it's still the same behavior as before the update, but that's not true.
They will not fix the device, there is no software downgrade and they will not replace my device.
I have now involved my lawyer and informed the authorities (consumer protection).
If you really want a good device, buy something else.

Bad costumer support

I sent my unit for a repair in August. After i sent it i hardly got any information. After many emails (you are very hard to get information from) my device was repaired and sent back to me. But the device is stuck with UPS because you didnt send it back as a repaired unit, you sent it back as a sale which made customs put tax and fees for me to pay. When i try to get a hold of you now you dont answer.
