However, if the item is damaged during shipping, you can contact us immediately upon receiving the package to arrange for an exchange. Please make sure to inspect the item upon delivery and report any issues as soon as possible.
I strongly advise against purchasing from Formovie, especially through their website. My experience with their customer service and product quality has been nothing short of frustrating.
I received a defective and dirty screen upon delivery, which is completely unacceptable for the price. Despite following all their recommended cleaning steps, the issue remains. Instead of offering real support, Formovie repeatedly dismissed my concerns and refused to honor their guarantee, claiming the defect "does not qualify" for a replacement.
Their after-sales service is unhelpful, unresponsive, and unwilling to take responsibility for their product's quality issues. If you have a problem, don’t expect any real assistance. Given this experience, I would not recommend buying from them.
Avoid this company if you want a product that is properly inspected before shipping and backed by genuine customer service.
