In 2021, Bowers & Wilkins announced its partnership with Formovie and the launch of the Formovie T1 Tri-color Laser TV which came fully equipped with Bowers & Wilkins custom-designed audio in a move set to transform the projector market for good. 

The Formovie T1 offered the same sound quality normally reserved for an external system or sound bar - now being integrated into the compact enclosure of a cinema-pro quality, ultra-short-throw laser projector. With two forward-firing 70mm glass-fiber woofers for the low and mid frequencies, the Formovie T1 made use of Bowers & Wilkins Flowport technology to reduce turbulence and extraneous port noise.
